It’s a concept of a web site offering the opportunity to a large public from different social levels and with different educational backgrounds to realize any kind of stay in Tunisia.
The concept was discussed by a group of friends whom have a big experience as tourist guides. All of them agree on the fact that tourists, even if they are satisfied, are often looking for simple and more original things, activities or visits. Many of those wishes are easily realizable but require a strong organization, a very good knowledge of the products and the expectation of the customers……..In other words, making easier the organization of a travel or a stay without the help of a travel agency

iTunes case

i-Tunes
The iTunes Music Store from Apple Computer allows Mac and PC users to legally discover, purchase and download music online. It features more than one million songs from the major music companies and 600 independent record labels, over 9,000 audiobooks, gift certificates and exclusive music not found anywhere else online. Since its inception, Apple customers have purchased and downloaded more than 250 million songs from the iTunes Music Store. iTunes users are now downloading one and a quarter million songs per day, which is an annual run rate of almost half a billion songs per year. The iTunes Music Store is now available in fifteen countries, which together represent more than 70 percent of the global music market. [Source: Apple Computer, Inc., January 2005]
It includes:· Social networking (publishing a website, staying in touch, sharing photos, exchanging files, groups forming, message boarding, making announcements and calendars)· Freemiun model (free of charge creating and using of blogs, email boxes and websites)

How does the iTunes business model work? How is it different from traditional models for the music industry? How does the iTunes model compare with other Internet music services, such as Listen.com?

In the past 3 years we saw an important increase of iPods use giving the possibility to everyone to get a large variety of music types. iTunes, an apple concepts makes music fans and lovers to get all kind of music able to stay in touch with each other and even to hear each other. Nowadays everyone has the opportunity to put in sale its artistic work or musical creation and not only famous or professional singers.iTunes provides other services such as photos sharing, announcement making, message boarding…and some fermium models like for example free of charge creating and using of blogs, email boxes and websites.
Its revenue sources are music selling offering singles, albums and the opportunity, if the costumer wants, to download its favourite song from an album without any obligation to buy all the album…differing from the traditional models iTunes represents a social networking offering to its consumers the way to have an idea about shared play lists….standardizing its prices at the rate of 99 cents the song makes the tasks easier for the costumers and attracts more people. Moreover it offers some promotions such as the concept “complete my album” which consists in offering a credit at the amount of 99 cents on a previously purchased song from the same album to the persons who buys a single from iTune sotre
